One of the practice areas that she has a vast experience is company law, with emphasize on the operations specific to the registration of companies and changes occurring throughout the activity of legal entities (shares transfer, changes in the shareholders structure and management of the company, increase or reduction of share capital, change of headquarters, registration of secondary offices, deregistration of the company).
